Located close to Capalbio in the Grosetto area of south-west Tuscany, Villa Brava is a typical Tuscan farmhouse with a private swimming pool. Villa Brava lies in the coastal area of Maremma, among the gentle hills that produce wines such as Morellino di Scansano. Maremma's beaches and the Lake Burano reserve are nearby, as are restaurants and supermarkets.
Villa Brava (400 sqm) develops over three levels, In the grounds, about 20 m away, you will find a small dependence (surrounded by a high hedge) where the owners live. The owners have a dog which they keep at home or in an area at the entrance of the park to ensure guests’ safety and comfort.
In the basement (accessed from the ground floor living room) you will find a small gym, a bathroom (with shower) and a laundry area.
The entrance (with a small storage room) is on the ground level where you will find a large living room with a sitting area (with three sofas) and a loft area (with an armchair), as well as a dining area (with a table that seats ten/twelve people). You will also find a well-equipped kitchen (with a table that seats four and a panty/storage room) and between the dining room and the kitchen, there is a corridor which leads to a double bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom (with shower and sauna). In addition, there is a double bedroom (with a double sofa bed) which is normally locked but is available (on request).
On the first floor (accessed by a stone staircase) you will find one double bedroom (with a double bed, two walk-in closets and a loft with a reading area) with ensuite bathroom (with shower and jacuzzi bath), one split-level triple bedroom (with a single bed, a single ‘futon’ bed and an extra single bed which is available on request) plus one bathroom (with hydromassage shower).

The bedroom suite is connected to the split-level triple bedroom by a door that is usually locked but can be opened to connect the two rooms (on request).
Outside you will find a Mediterranean garden featuring lawns, a swimming pool (7m x 14m; depth 1.2m - 2.4m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a covered outdoor dining area (with a table that seats ten/twelve), a porch which surrounds the villa (furnished with tables and chairs), and a poolside gazebo (with outdoor sofa and chairs).
